US Returns/Exchanges - we're proud to offer free and easy returns*
*PLEASE NOTE: Items purchased during our Black Friday Sale (11.18-11.26) are not eligible for returns. They are eligible for exchanges.
- To process a return within the US, go to https://keepnaturewild.loopreturns.com/ - our returns portal.
- Returns and exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase
- Your items must be unworn and unwashed
- Looking to exchange? You will have the option to instantly exchange your item
- Received a gift and want a different size? We offer free gift exchanges without letting the sender know
- Using our returns portal, you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label to send the item(s) back to us
Then:
- Ship us the package (re-use the mailer it came in if you can!)
- Once the return is in transit, you will receive your refund
**Returns Outside of USA
- For international returns and exchanges, we are unfortunately not able to send you a prepaid return label at this time.
- To facilitate a return outside of USA, please email us with your order number and the items you wish to return/exchange.
Please Note:
- All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Exchanges are processed as a complete return of the original item and repurchase of the new item. You can exchange your item for any item we have in stock.
- Products purchased online may not be returned or exchanged at any of our retail locations.
- Keep Nature Wild cannot process returns for products purchased at any retail partner locations.
