When you add Shipping Protection at checkout, your package is covered from the moment it leaves our warehouse to the moment it lands at your doorstep. Whether it gets damaged in transit, goes missing, or is stolen after delivery, we've got your back.
Shipping Protection is powered by Navidium, and claims are handled directly by our team—no jumping through hoops, no third-party runarounds. Just email us at info@keepnaturewild.com within 14 days of receiving your tracking number, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
What’s Covered:
• Packages that are lost in transit
• Items that arrive damaged
• Orders that are stolen after delivery
What’s Not Covered:
• Delivery delays
• Claims filed more than 14 days after receiving your tracking number
• Orders where Shipping Protection was not added at checkout
If You Decline Shipping Protection
If you choose not to add Shipping Protection, Keep Nature Wild is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In those cases, you’ll need to contact USPS directly to file a claim. We’re always happy to help guide you, but we cannot offer replacements or refunds without protection.
