Thanks for shopping at Keep Nature Wild! We hope you love your purchase, but if not, we’re here to help.

  1. Contact Us:

First step is to send us a message - make sure you contact us within 14 days of receiving your gear. Then, reach out to our rad customer service team. They’ll send you a Return Authorization Form. 

  1. Send It Back:

Once you have the Return Authorization Form, ship us the package. If possible, reuse the mailer it came in! (Mother Nature will be happy!) Please note: you'll need to cover the shipping cost to send the gear back to us.

  1. Inspection & Credit

Returns typically take 2-3 weeks to receive and process. Once we get your item and the Return Authorization Form, we’ll inspect it. If everything checks out, we’ll give you full credit to re-order any item you like. 

  1. The Deets:
  • Items must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • We’ll notify you about the status of your refund after our team inspects the gear.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. You’ll see the credit according to your card issuer's policies.
  • Note: Shipping charges won't be included in your refund. 

Important Notes:

  • Products purchased online may not be returned or exchanged at any of our retail locations.
  • Keep Nature Wild cannot process returns for products purchased at any retail partner locations.
