Meet second term Wild Keeper, Kristen! Kristen is based in Georgia and has recently found the benefits of nature. She shared, "during the pandemic I needed to find something to do outside of being at home. I started walking the neighborhood parks and noticed several having nature trails. The more I explored the more there was to see." So far, her most memorable experience has been coming across several animals while walking the local marshland reserve near her, the scariest being a water moccasin and the most exciting was a 5ft alligator! Her favorite ways to get outdoors is on nature trails and through hiking.

K: Cabin!
KNW: What is your favorite thing about being a Wild Keeper?
